California Water and Wastewater Arrearage Payment Program
Suburban Water Systems (“Suburban”) is pleased to announce that to the extent allowable, Suburban has applied the additional benefit received under the California Extended Water and Wastewater Arrearage Payment Program to qualified customers for unpaid water service bills accrued between June 16, 2021 through December 31, 2022. Suburban has mailed out letters to these impacted customers.
As with the first round of relief, the State Water Resources Control Board is using Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. This brings the total benefit for Suburban customers to $3,373,141.
