Suburban is pleased to offer the Water Invoice and Statement Help Program (WISH)– a low-income rate assistance program for qualifying residential customers. WISH provides a bill reducing credit of $7.11 on qualifying customers’ water bills each month.

Volunteerism
Suburban Water is proud of our Employee Volunteer Program. Employees are now allowed to use 8 hours of paid time to volunteer Monday-Friday for causes within our service area. This is a great way for us to support our communities we serve.

Suburban employees team up with Shepherd’s Pantry, located in Glendora, to provide food to families in need in the communities we serve. Shepherds Pantry provides emergency food, clothing, resource assistance and educational programs to families in need.

Community Events
Suburban is proud to participate and sponsor many community and school events in our service area. When applicable, Suburban sets up informational booths where employees take the time to answer questions and communicate updates to customers and local elected officials.

Patient Donation: Every year Suburban fund raises in September and October for a breast cancer patient at City of Hope. City of Hope designates the deserving patient who uses the donation to pay for basic necessities while undergoing treatment.

Supplier Diversity
Suburban is committed to developing mutually beneficial business relationships with Woman, Minority and Disabled Veteran, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Business Enterprises that have the capability to meet or exceed our requirements for products and services. Identifying these businesses, providing those opportunities to do business with us, and helping them succeed are essential elements in our own success and are directly in line with our mission and core values.
