GRESB is a globally-recognized, independent rating service that measures the long-term sustainability of infrastructure companies through an assessment of the company’s environmental, social and governance principles. GRESB Infrastructure provides systematic assessment, objective scoring, and peer benchmarking for ESG performance of infrastructure companies and funds.
SouthWest Water and its subsidiaries received high marks for its environmental, social, governance efforts. Specifically, in 2020, SouthWest Water:
- Earned a 5-star rating in all five years the GRESB Infrastructure survey has been administered (2016-2020).
- Overall ranked in 53rd out of 406 total GRESB entries
- Achieved a score of 85 compared to a GRESB Average of 61.
- Ranked 12th out of 98 participants for our Resilience Module.
