Suburban Water Systems is pleased to announce the Water Invoice and Statement Help (WISH/LIRA) program, a low-income rate assistance program for qualifying residential customers.
How do I qualify for WISH/LIRA?
The easiest way to qualify for WISH/LIRA is to establish that you participate in your electric or gas utility CARE program. Simply complete the application below, mark Option 1, attach a copy of a recent Southern California Edison or Southern California Gas Company bill, and mail it to your local Suburban Water Systems Customer Service Center.
How else do I qualify?
If you do not participate in CARE, you may still qualify for WISH/LIRA if you can prove that your household income meets the requirements. Simply complete the appropriate application above, sign it, and mail back to Suburban Water Systems. After your application is received, you may be asked to provide proof of income.
