Success Story – Double Diamond
At the end of June 2021, the Texas team closed the acquisition of Double Diamond Utilities. This acquisition included four systems with over 1,000 connections. The location of these systems spans from Pottsboro to the surrounding areas of Fort Worth. The neighborhoods are golf course resorts.
This purchase provided us with the opportunity to upgrade the neighborhoods with improvements to strengthen the quality of the system.
The acquisition presented challenges that have taken time to overcome, but our experts have been performing the necessary tasks to strengthen the system. In the first two months of having the systems, we were already quick to work. Over time, we plan to invest in all four systems to ensure the health of the system and the customers. We are happy to be able to provide the customers with highly improved service.
