Visit our Self Service Portal to pay your bill with Visa or MasterCard debit/credit cards or electronic checks, set up auto pay, and view payment information including total amount due, due date, and last payment amount and date. You can also review your payment history, view your statement online, and request paperless billing.

Call us 24/7 at 727-287-9920 or toll free 877-233-0101, option 3, for quick, secure and automated self-service via interactive-voice-response technology (IVR): Pay your bill using your Visa or MasterCard, check your account balance, get last payment information, and set up recurring payments via your credit or debit card.
Pay By Mail
Please include your account number on your check, and whenever possible also include the payment stub from your invoice.

Make sure to make checks payable to NI FLORIDA, INC – HUDSON or NI FLORIDA, INC – TAMIAMI, include your complete 10-digit account number on the check, and include the remittance coupon with the amount of the payment.
The enclosed envelope with return address has a printed barcode specific to the South Carolina address. This cannot be marked/crossed out and replaced with the local Florida address. This will cause a delay with your payment arriving on a timely manner with the possibility of incurring late fees or notices.
