The Brookwood Utility is located in the Town of Brookwood, just off of Interstate 20/59 in Tuscaloosa County. It current serves approximately 300 customer accounts.

The North Shelby Water Resource Recovery Facility serves about 4,000 customer accounts southeast of Birmingham in north Shelby County, Alabama.
