On May 26th, we hosted our Wiedenfeld customers at a Town Hall meeting to give them an opportunity to meet the SouthWest Water Company Family!
The meeting was led by Gary Rose, Texas Utilities Director of Operations West, and Ronniea Tycer, Director of Customer Service and Communication. Topics covered included a brief overview and history of the company, billing, and the type of services we provide to our customers, as well as Q&A time to answer any questions they had. Also in attendance were Albert Amezquita, Daniel Maldonado, Danny Gomez and Laura Rivera. The team was able to take down specific customer requests and provide customers with information regarding their specific addresses/accounts.
“Meeting with customers allowed us to first hand respond to any questions about SWWC they had and get to know from their perspective any concerns about service levels or water quality they may have experienced in the past,” said Rose.
The meeting was a success, and our customers were pleased to learn more about us and the services we provide to them!
