We received the notice below from Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority announcing their annual water main flushing program from December 4-18. All of the water delivered to you is provided by BJWSA and we do not alter the water before distribution to you.
Please follow the instructions outlined on the notice if you have temporary discoloration that may result from this necessary flushing program.
Over the next several weeks, our staff will perform occasional hydrant flow tests, as well. If you experience any temporary discoloration of water, please follow the same flushing protocols described below.
